ClearNews365 collects only the information needed to provide accounts, preferences, briefings, and requested communications.

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail, contacts, files, or other Google services.
We also store information you choose to provide, including news preferences, display settings, alert rules, feedback, and optional account details such as a mobile number or mailing address.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, personalize your ClearNews365 experience, save settings, deliver communications you request, respond to feedback, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and technical data
ClearNews365 uses cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember settings such as your selected color scheme. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request details, and error logs, to operate and protect the service.
Service providers
We rely on service providers to host the application, manage authentication and stored data, generate audio, and deliver email or SMS communications. These providers process information only as needed to perform those services and are governed by their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and your choices
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. You may change your preferences or unsubscribe from optional communications at any time.

Children and changes
ClearNews365 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
